At Raypath Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
